50/50 would be the bare minimum I would deal with.


anyone with a computer idling 24/7 or close to it deserves hop.

Kira (same situation, computer running of school connection)

spl/Thief are both in there doing their thing.

Odintu is 24/7 I think

Jobo - yeah he's not in there 24/7 doing his thing

But you know, as long as it doesn't dip down past 50/50 it should be ok.
Like I said, this is all for esthetics sake, no one really causes too much trouble or anything so we don't need a 24/7 eye on people.

I would also like to mention that spike is in there pretty much all the time now and that evilsakura guy
