You still don't see my point.

I never doubted the existence of a convertible DC2.

I'm just saying that the guy is obviously talking about a DC5, because who in the world cares about a convertible DC2?

Not I.

Well, I'm 95% sure the S-2000 and the R34 Skyline will become character cars. Starting in episode 19 of 4th Stage, two new characters are introduced. Hoshino Kouzou is the driver of the off-yellow R34 and Joshima Toshia is the driver of the blue S-2000. These two characters are unique because they're both middle-aged men, just like Bunta. They're natives of Ibaraki and they call themselves "Purple Shadow". This is probably just a flashy title like "Impact Blule". Anyways, they're nicknamed "God Hand" and "God Foot". Hoshino is '"God Foot" because he's known for his amazing accelerator techniques and Joshima is "God Hand" because he's known for his amazing handling techniques. Most likely, segarosso will shorten their names to fit the 5 letter limit, but if you see them, you'll know who they are.

5 character limit doesn't exist for the comp, eg two guys from tokyo. Although they usually are less than 5 ...

Oh well we wait and see... normally Sega would talk of location tests well before the launch and since there are none anywhere in Japan I can't see them doing a special "mid-air jump" style SHOCK release.

IMO, I think initial D is done. unless they are trying to find something 'new' and 'innovative' to add to the racing game genre

I think the wheels are more "done" than the game...

Aw man, I can just imagine having snow on Tsuchi. Can you guys just think how hard the oil-turn would be. I bet the oil would be frozen or something...
