don't know if this has been answer yet, but for the first pool play match of each group of our tournament we just had 4 cards with numbers on them. Everyone would pick a card and that would be there seat, pretty simple. Then when advancing to the next round, the person with the highest amount of points from the previous round gets to choose their seating position first, followed by the person with the second highest points, etc.

i also regret not filming myself in the finals, was too lazy to move the camera to where i was sitting. But it ended up being not bad, you get to the guy KO himself trying to pass me on the last turn
