Help for tomarrow

I'm racing a Skyline GT-R R34 I use a evo VII i under stand that i would beat him on akina snow but what outher courses i want to beat him on shomaru but i've NEVER seen him drive so i need 3 things

1)Should i use my EVO VII

2)What course

3)If not EVO VII then what car? (keep in mind i got 2 hours to lvl up and tune my car befor i race him)

You'll probably lose on Akina Snow against an R34. Not only does it have better start-up, but it actually has a higher rank on snow. It's ranked like 3rd, and the Evo.7 is ranked like 5th...
