EC TOURNAMENT Feb.6 [ FINAL ]

Ok, so everything is set, this is exactly what is going down:


Location: Cinescape, Eau Claire Market

Price: $10 to enter

Date: Feburary 6th, 2005

Time: 12pm Sign up
1pm Individual tourny starts
1:15pm Last call for sign ups.

Prizes: Cash + Tokens and redeemable coupons

Format: Double Elimination
Best of 1 for regular matches
Best of 3 for Semi Finals
Best of 5 for Finals

Rules:

- All races will be boost ON

- Courses will be randomly chosen in any condition, any direction

- Myogi, Usui and Shomaru will not be included

- Competitors will be allowed to use any cars

- Once course is chosen, players will flip a coin. Winner of the coin flip will get to either choose side first or choose car last. (So you can choose a counter car to what your opponent will use)

- Interference of players will result in disqualification

- You only pay entry fee, the machines will be set on FREE PLAY




Estimated at: 16-25 participants

Estimated time: 2-4 hours

After that is done:


Team Tournament

1) Teams consist of 4 players (no less, no more)

2) Every member is assigned 1 course to play

3) courses are:
akagi dh, akina dh, happo ob, tsuchi ob

4) Round robin format

5) Boost off

6) If chaser is at most 10m behind at finish line, chaser wins

7) If chaser is 25m or more behind at finish line, chaser loses

8) If chaser passes and finishes infront, chaser wins.

9) $4 per person
