Different types of ID:AS battles?

Has anyone ever tried playing something like leader-chaser, or gumtape, or anything from the anime, on arcade stage?

I kind of think leader-chaser would work... if you fall behind by X amount of metres, you lose, but if you stay within X metres, the next race you switch positions, and obviously a pass = win.

It would work well for tight maps like Shoumaru no?

Just curious if anyone ever tried anything like that.

drift king and some other guy had a duct tape match at where i got to play ID. that was funny!

i did a duck tape race on akina we did a rpg style the red civic vs a lvled up ae86 i won cause he wasnt as good but the mall ppl didnt like that i put duck tape on their steering wheels i got kicked out for the rest tha day

at chinook some guy wanted to race me with both of us wearing blindfolds having other ppl tell us how to drive. i told him to go fuck himself and i could of sworn i saw him cry
