Server connection problems

for some reason..i can no longer connect to irc.dejatoons.net
it was working two days ago..and i can still get into other servers... just not that one.. can anyone help?

which reminds me..has anyone actually found a pattern to the IRC problem?? haha.. for some reason... it is like random in terms of when the server is available...
or can someone recommend me some good IRC clients to use?
preferably easy to use ones

oh ..i dont need new servers..i need to find new IRC clients..currently.. mIRC is the only one i can use in school.. but i need something better at home..haha
