We are getting computers together to crack password encoded videos.

All passwords of 1-6 character length have been tried. So we are doing 8 character length with numbers.

All 8 characters (lowercase w/numbers) not found:

My #3 is doing 30M passwords/second right now and should be done within the hour O_O

But the #4 is a slower AMD and is on high priority but still only doing 1.8p/s so I set it to z-0 only

Should we be setting our crackers for the next letter? ie. If i do a-d then I should set it for aaaaaaaa-eeeeeeee since the next person only starts from eeeeeeee right.. and there are still combos between dddddddd-eeeeeeee?

we noticed a flaw in our end/start points.


start should be a000000 end should be b999999 or even more accurate: b (that's a bunch of spaces since spaces are counted last)
