shift 10 times down in 2 seconds!? when? like right when they show the screen after loading where u hold the brake? and how exactly does this glitch work? if u go backwards...i dont get it...

Hey cool! Now I can finally win against Bunta's 8V! But aren't we forgetting one thing? Don't you have to shift 10x in 2 secs WHILE lighting a cigarette with the other hand? Or is that only during the Summer Solstice, where the planetary alignment is just right to affect the polarity of the machine's CPU? I've gotta watch the anime again since it flashes subliminal messages on how to glitch during one of Takumi's races...

Like they said, its a glitch. I haven't been able to do it, I swear I got 7-8 down shifts before 2 seconds was up though >.< Anyway, I believe you'll go backwards, through the wall (the glitch) and then appear past the end of the track (Akina) where it says "You win!!!". All CP's will be blank except for total time, which should be under about 3 seconds. Like I said, I haven't done it myself, but I'm pretty sure that's how it works ^_^

Oh, and start doing it right after it says "Go!". Any other ones will not be counted. Try to lean the stick downward as its counting so you can get a quick jump on the first of ten downshifts once the words appear on the screen. If you're in the Calgary area, you should go with some of the Kishu guys and try it, they can give you some pointers probably Mind you I might be putting words in their mouths but they always like to see these kinda things and help out how they can ^^
