This is probably whats going to be posted up at EC this weekend:

project KISHU presents:
Initial D Arcade Version 3
Tournament

Date: Sunday December 12, 2004

Time: Sign ups end at 1pm of Dec.12
Tournament will start at 2pm and will end around 6:30pm

Location: Cinescape, Eau Claire Market

Price: $8 to enter

Prizes: Cash + Tokens and redeemable coupons

Format: Double Elimination
Best of 1 for regular matches
Best of 3 for Semi Finals
Best of 5 for Finals

Rules:

- All races will be boost ON

- Courses will be randomly chosen in any condition, any direction

- Myogi and Usui will not be included

- Competitors will be allowed to use any cars

- Once course is chosen, players will flip a coin. Winner of the coin flip will get to either choose side first or choose car last. (So you can choose a counter car to what your opponent will use)

- Interference of players will result in disqualification

- You only pay entry fee, the machines will be set on FREE PLAY

Might enter, for some practice. I haven't played much V3 so I know I'm a lot worse than the 'regulars' these days, but with boost on, I might be able to sneak in a couple wins. Eh, we'll see =)
