hhmm.... I think I better start from the top so you can understand.

For Initial D: The Arcade game, there isn't really any place to get videos of top players playing the games.
kishu decided to start an IRC channel to distribute videos for people.
This thread was made to nofity people about new hot videos being released to the public.
