Initial D Tournament at S.F. State, Tourney is on 11/11/06

tournament is on Saturday Nov 11th, 2006
tournament organizers are Reece Bomagat, Hamilton Ngo, and Cliff
tournament will be held at the recreation center of Cesar Chavez Center on the bottom floor at the San Francisco State University campus 1600 Holloway ave.
sign ups are from 10 am - 1 pm and the tournament starts at 1 pm
registration strictly ends at 1 pm and we're not going to take anybody after that
$5 entry fee
double elimination, semi-finals and finals will be 2 out of 3
boost on, 4 card limit
courses, weather conditions, and direction will be picked randomly by a program on the computer
choosing which side of the machine to race on will be decided by a flip of a coin
akagi, akina, iro, happo, akina snow, tuchi, and shomaru are the tracks that will be played during the tournament with dry and wet conditions
have force quit ready on your cards
1st place gets 60% of the pot
2nd place gets 25% of the pot
3rd place gets 15% of the pot
the games will be pay to play, games will be 50 cents a game
