11899 is a local fob MT2 player.

He 815'd his EVO8 with the help of another player, saving his ass every time he came close to losing. They did this for a while, helping eachother out.

After 11899 815'd, he was playing and the other guy came, and told him to back him up just in case.

Well, 11899 apparently waited too long to save, and his friend lost, on something like stage 71 or so.

To top all of that off, he looks similar to a rat, kind of like ... Splinter?
