Hahaha XD "Kind of attached", that's great.
It sounds like he was drunk at the time, so hopefully they burn him pretty bad. However, the guy changing his tire probably coulda been over in the shoulder (?) more, and shoulda been watching for oncoming traffic. You can't always rely on the common sense of others, especially on the road. Hopefully a just sentence comes outta the whole ordeal.
