stolen as in he's always leaving his shit just lying around in the public, often just driving off and leaving it there.

Happened 3 days in a row this weekend

1st he left his card holder (I was still there)
2nd he left his bag (Again I was there and Oli drove me to where he was)
3rd he left his cards on the dash, those are stolen.
