I just got the code and will leave in a few hours
It is shift:up,up,down, down,up,down,up,down hold brake and press change view. The problem is : which screen do you enter it on? selecting manufactuers screen? or before you buy the card?

initiald-d.com forum has a shift time list which is accurate enough for start shift points.

All shift points are the same.
Theres like 4-5 variations.
The RX-7 type, the DC2 type, the cappucino type and the FC type.
Anything else would be shit that I don't know yet... like 86 w/o new engine.
