They probably had replicas that did a certain part of each race/scenes. Some that are totally tuned for drifting and tuned for speed and all that other shiz that makes it happen and also some if the idiot crashes...

They are both terrible actors, Edison Chen will be playing Ryousuke... he's going to need either acting lessons or electro shock therapy to actually make a good performance. The other guy is Jay Chou, he's a taiwanese pop singer with 0 acting experience/ability. Bet it's going to be a crappy movie.
