we had 20+ last time but the main tourny was capped at 16. There should be no limit this time around.

If I don't get a reply by Jan.9 There will be no tournament run by me EVER at eau claire again.

things wrong with cove:

1) only 1 cabinet
2) I am not familiar with or have any connections to the management
3) no scrubs will show up
4) only people online will know about the tourny if there is to be one there
5) possible bitching because one screen is darker than the other

pros:

1) management is pretty good about dealing with tournaments


things wrong with EC:

1) SHIT management

calgary has 1 arcade and its shit.
cove is not an arcade because nobody hangs out there, its only popular during school hours.

edmonton has CC, which should kick ass if you're into fighting games... they used to have playdium, uofa, metro? uumm... kingsway, wizard's castle and that shit....

while calgary has been only 2 arcades for almost 8, 9? years now.
Theres bullshit ruckers but thats bullshit. Southern fun which is bullshit too.

Well kingsway is gone U of A I think that gone, metro gone I think Wizards castle isnt too good cuz they dont have ID and cc is good cuz theres like 30 or more fighting games, and I am starting to get into tekken 5 now thats pretty fun but 10$ a card
