Give him time, he'll improve lots. I wouldn't say they're that bad for someone just learning. Besides, when those are your best times, you can easily cut 2-5 seconds off your best on a single run, as you start to learn more techniques and stuff.

Haha I used to be "that bad", but you naturally improve if you don't give up. Just don't leave Accept Challengers on, because it's not worth it ^^

Sorry for talking bad about you, Zeon. Just keep to a schedule of what you want to try each day, and aim for something that you think is reasonable for that day. You'll improve gradually, and then you can become the best in the Raleigh area. Maybe you can drop by our IRC chan and pick up a few vids. Those sometimes show me the way, but I usually get better by experience, and by watching people who are better than me, in real life.
That's something that you miss out on in vids, since you have no idea how much they're turning, whether or not they pressed the brakes or only used a slight ungas. Just keep in mind that Initial D's physics aren't exactly real.
The 180sx is a really good car, in my opinion. You may want to practice it more on the courses that it excels on, namely, Usui, Akagi, and Akina. Just a few pointers to help you on your way to better times.

oh and this may come as a repley, but if you have any vids on akina or iro, just email them to me. i would go to north raliegh where I3 is at, but trasportation is a pain and i wish they had one closer to me. so i try to go when i have a good chance.
