the reason the evo3 stinks on tuchi. is because of its lack of 5th gear power. it turns well enough on the course.
but even still I would use the evo3 over the mr2. just for the fact that it preforms better on wet. giving me a better chance against r32/rx8 wet fishers. a good battle car has to be well rounded in all aspects

hence why I feel the 180sx or the evo3 has a slight advantage

haha, people seem to forget this is a RX8 THREAD @_@ LOL!

oh yah, RX8 own all course, YES even in akina! you just need some blocking skill and then it is DONE! The only one that I can think of is Iro Rev, but hell, who play Iro REV? @_@ one of the most rare "battle" course!

im fucking tired of people saying that rx8 pwns this course and that course, its unbalanced and other random bullshit. So fucking what? Some car has to be 1st place. Even in courses where it has 1st place, which is not too many btw, the other cars are like what, .050 behind, >.100 behind? The fact is you still need some semblance of skill to drive that car. Don't think so? get 2fast in an s15 to race someone around my skill level in an rx8. I bet i would get friggin pwned on most courses. So seriously, stfu.

well, it is no doubt that the car is unbalance..
and I never mention people who use a RX8 to race is cheap! I guess, that's the way it is , who can we blame? I guess we can blame the game maker, SEGA!

i just want to say that i completely agree with caucasian, and not to say that rx-8 is completely impossible to drive, but you can't just give anyone an rx-8 and expect them to get records, 98% of it is skill.

skill only goes so far in battling.

you get someone who can finish lots 2-3 times and that person with an rx8 will without a doubt beat me in a s15 boost off on anything cept usui and shou. thats the power of cars in this game. whats the difference between v2 and v3?
instead of iro and happo being the fish maps of the dc2, now its shoumaru and tsuchi for the rx8 =\ but now you got cars that can contend.

shoumaru: any car that outstarts the rx8 can win with a little practice.. and i mean like 5-6 runs will be enough.
tsuchi, GDB, right side, outbound. other cars that outstart the rx8 are complete crap to handle on the course. gdb is almost hte only option.
