is the team tourny gonna be boost on like the individual tourny? |
hhmm.... thats a good point.
At first I was thinking it would be the same thing... but it might actually be more exciting if it was boost off and just go by distance.
Or we'd have to choose the courses carefully...
ie: not myogi, not shou, not happo, not snow, probably not usui and maybe akagi...
so ...
akina
akagi
tsu
iro
is left....
I dunno, I'll think about the rules of team a little more. But I do think boost off is good.

personal opinion. boost on matches in ver3 are realisicly the only way to go. total diffrent method of driving is required + strategy on when to pass
ie: if you pass to early, someone could get some major major boost going and pass you on say, the last straight of akina dh and you wont have the time to catch up.
but the distance rule is cool as well, forces people to actualy TRY and race fast as oposed to plumping the gdb's fat ass in front of you and hoping for the best
edit: also akina akagi iro and tsu are the three best battle courses anyways, lots of places to pass. the cons of the other courses are
myogi: gay skyline course
usui: well any car can run this course now
shomaru: fastest start=win EVEN with boost (I have seen it done)
happo: it could be a maybe, but its hard as hell to pass on this course as is
I would say boost on if you include happo and shomaru fore sure though
