What are some hard mental hurdles to overcome?

The one I'm familiar with is if you've just got a damn good record, its hard to push yourself to want to try and make it even faster.

Frusteration I think is a big one for alot of people includeing myself

knowing what has to be done, knowing how to do it, but when it is time to do it, you fuck up lol (exit speeds, tight lines, that sort of thing)

people standing right next to u...with there hand on the top of the machine...and u see there whole body on the corner of your eye....
^^thats a distraction for me...my eyes move around alot.....
